The Department of Economic Development of Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center, affiliated with the Department of Municipalities and Transport, have concluded an agreement on cooperation.
The goal of the agreement is to expedite the procedures for issuing permits for construction in the capital of the UAE. According to the document's terms, electronic requests and applications for construction licenses will be sent in parallel to both organizations. This will allow for a more transparent and effective issuance process for all parties involved.
The director of the Department of Economic Development noted that such partnerships help ensure compliance with all necessary norms and standards in the construction of objects in Abu Dhabi. He also emphasized that joint work with the real estate center will significantly improve the permit issuance process and speed up the construction pace in the region.
In turn, the representative of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center highlighted the importance of such cooperation for reducing administrative barriers and increasing the attractiveness of the region for investments. He expressed confidence that this partnership will yield results and accelerate the realization of new construction projects in the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
